Emma Louise Pratt
Drawing-based installation artist.
Emma Louise Pratt develops spatial drawing practices that explore land, memory and relational fields. Working primarily with ink and graphite on paper, her large-scale works operate between image and environment — suspended, layered, and responsive to site.
Through her doctoral research, she investigates drawing as a relational method: a way of holding migration, return, and embodied knowledge within material form.
Pratt was represented by White Space, Auckland (2005–2021). She is currently based in the UK.
